Julian Smith's online art gallery
Paintings in acrylics and oils on high quality deep boxed canvas. Located in Kent, England, I paint a wide variety of subjects in a distinctive style, where strong use of colour and contrast predominate. With a range of techniques from coarse to fine detail, from palette knife to fine brushwork, and from thickly applied paint to thin glazes, a variety of finishes are achieved.
